This marketing website (pirtis.io) processes no end-customer data. The only personal data collected is from the voluntary contact form (see our Privacy Policy).

Lizdeika product — GDPR by architecture

Our product, Lizdeika, is designed for GDPR compliance at the architectural level:

  • Self-hosted deployment — your data stays on your servers
  • No third-party data transfers — conversations are never sent to external services
  • Full data residency control — deploy in any EU datacenter
  • Data minimization — configurable retention policies with automated cleanup
  • Right to erasure — full data deletion capabilities

EU AI Act compliance

Pirtis is built with EU AI Act Article 50 requirements in mind (effective August 2026):

  • Mandatory human oversight on all AI-generated responses
  • Full audit trail with agent attribution
  • Transparency notices for AI-assisted content
  • Documentation of human oversight processes

Data Processing Agreement

A DPA is available on request for organizations evaluating Pirtis for deployment.
